As the HR Manager for Operations, you will lead the operations function and manage the ER team. Working closely with the Business managers, you will provide a first class and seamless delivery of the full employee life cycle.
This really is a full HR Generalist role from complex ER to day today HR advice. You will need to be willing to role your sleeves up and get stuck in.
You will have/need:_
* Excellent knowledge of ER
* Previous experience as an HR Manager
* Good mix of operational and strategic workload
* Willing to roll your sleeve up and get stuck in with the team
* Excellent stakeholder managament
* Ability to assess and extract data
* CIPD Qualified
The role although based in Croydon Surrey offers excellent hybrid working of around 2 days office based per week.
The salary on offer for this role is between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus benefits
