HR Manager (Part time) JOB DETAILS
£40,000 - £50,000
Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global FMCG business, who are looking for a Standalone HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This is a Part time role, offering around 20-24 hours per week which can be split across 3, 4 or 5 days.
Reporting directly into the Finance Director, this role will offer great variety across other areas of the business and an autonomous way of working.
Day to duties will include; Payroll, employee engagement, recruitment, stakeholder communication, employee relations,
You will have/need:
* 3/5 years' experience of working as an HR Advisor or above, in a fast-paced business
* Experience of working in a Manufacturing/FMCG environment is preferred but not essential
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Good IT skills (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 accredited
The organisations head office is based in South London and this role will offer a Hybrid model of 50% office and 50% home working.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 (adjusted down, pro rata as this is a part time role).
