I am currently working with a leading Financial Services company based in the City who are seeking to recruit an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be managing an Assistant as well as working closely with the in-house recruiter. In this role you will be working both on strategic projects as well as the BAU Operations side also. Reporting directly into the COO with scope for the right candidate to be promoted into an HRD in 2-3 years as well as building a larger team in the process.
