HR Manager


I am currently working with a leading Financial Services company based in the City who are seeking to recruit an HR Manager.
The HR Manager will be managing an Assistant as well as working closely with the in-house recruiter.
In this role you will be working both on strategic projects as well as the BAU Operations side also. Reporting directly into the COO with scope for the right candidate to be promoted into an HRD in 2-3 years as well as building a larger team in the process.
This is a really exciting opportunity for a senior HR Professional to join a growing company situated in an ideal location with a proactive work ethic.
Duties of the role:
-Review, amend and design HR processes associated with T&D, Employee workshops etc
-Support and manage, with a view to develop the current HR Advisor
-Design and Deliver training to required workers
-Work directly with the COO to ensure a timely delivery of project work associated with the HR Strategy
Key Requirements:
-Ideally CIPD Lv5 Qualified
-Experience with an SME preferable
-Strong ability to communicate with leading stakeholders and build relationships
-Strong Generalist experience working with all CoE's
