This is a fantastic opportunity for an all round HR Generalist with extensive knowledge around Recruitment and Manager Training design and delivery.
There is also the need to get involved in strategic projects and a big focus on Diversity & Inclusion.
There is very little Employee Relations within the organisation which goes some way to tell you about the excellent culture of the organisation .
To be successful in the role you will have/need
* A full HR Generalist background * Extensive knowledge of 360 recruitment and a proactive candidate sourcing methods such as Li recruiter * Ability to design and deliver Manager training * A mix of Operational and Strategic work * Previous experience in a standalone role * Willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in * Flexible to every changing situations * CIPD qualified (Min Level 5) or equivalent degree
This organisation offer excellent hybrid working and flexibility, they are looking at around a 3 day working week with 1 day in the office, but how that is spread across the week is up to you.
They are offering a very competitive salary for this role on a pro rata basis.
