This role would really suit either a generalist HR Manager with a passion for L&D or an L&D manager with a generalist skill set.
The People Development Manager will embed the People Manager Programme across the business, creating a new way of approaching performance management.
Strategically supporting the business and supporting the people managers to apply performance and talent measurements. You will need a proactive and supportive attitude to bring out the best the People, Teams and Managers.
Key responsibilities/experience -
* Embedding of new people performance scheme
* Excellent Stakeholder management at all levels
* Ability to design and deliver key training modules
* Experience of rolling out D&I training
Salary on offer is between £50,000 -£57,0000 Benefits. This role also has a fantastic Central London location with a flexible hybrid work pattern.
