Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a well known insurance organisation on the recruitment of a Benefits Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role, reporting directing into the Group Head of Reward will provide a seamless delivery of advice and guidance for all UK and international employee benefits. You will be the first point of contact for all benefits queries through to escalation as required.

Some key aspects of the role include but are not limited to -

* Preparing reports and of renewals and benefit schemes
* Providing changes to key stakeholders to agreed timescales
* Managing the organisations external benefits platform
* Ensure all benefit memberships are up to date
* Identifying opportunities for changes to current processes
* Support HR/Reward on key projects

You will have/need:-

* Experience in a benefits advisor role
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Ability to identify room for improvement and present your changes
* keen eye for detail on data collation and reporting
* Excellent attention to detail
* First class communication skills
* Ability to multi task multiple projects and tasks

This role offers excellent hybrid working of 2-3 days office 2-3 days from home based in the convenient location of South West London.

The salary on offer for the opportunity is up to £40,000 plus benefits.
