We are looking for a Senior D&I Manager on a perm basis to replace a career development movement. With this being such a key role for the organisation they have opened the role up to find the best possible candidate for the position.



You will be responsible for developing and embedding the D&I strategy across the organisation. Working with an holistic approach, engaging with stakeholders to drive the key business activities in conjunction with the senior leadership team and ensuring you create a "be yourself culture"



Some key responsibilities

* Design, Develop and implement business wide D&I projects
* Proven key stakeholder relationship management
* Experience in a similar D&I role
* Excellent communication skills
* Be the subject matter expert for D&I
* Review and implement new and exciting D&I Strategies across the business

* Experience in a large complex organisation



This organisation offer an excellent Hybrid working model of 2 days office based 3 days home with the amazing office located very conveniently in london.



The salary on offer is up to £75,000 bonus and benefits
