Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working this Global Professional Services organisation on the recruitment of their Graduate Recruitment Manager.
This organisation are continuously growing and are extremely busy within the graduate recruitment space.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Manager to come in and help support the organisation and the senior EiC manager on the operational and strategic objectives.
The team, made up of around 20 employees focusses on around 700 graduate placements per year. Changing the lives of many professionals starting out in their careers. They are looking to continue attracting high quality and diverse candidates to become the organisation future leaders.
To be successful in this role you will
* Have experience of managing a team in the Graduate/Apprenticeship space
* Come with ideas to help improve the graduate process based on the analysis of current data
* Experience working with an ATS (Workday would be advantageous)
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Be the escalation point for the team.
* Manage individuals and teams KPIs
* Proven strong stakeholder management across all levels.
This is a 12m FTC to cover some internal movement.
Salary on offer between £55,000 - £60,000 DOE with excellent flexibility
