JOB DETAILS
This is not just your standard ER specialist role, you will also be responsible for supporting the business on engagement and projects to help improve current processes.
You will be the go to source for all ER queries and guidance and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all advice given is seamless and accurate. Acting as an advisor, case manager and mediator for the business to help improve the organisational culture.
You will have/need:-
·Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law
·Proven experience in a specialist ER role within the Financial Services/Insurance sector
·Excellent stakeholder management
·Able to prioritise cases
·Deliver training workshops on ER Issues
·Coach and Guide line managers to be able to best support employees
·Track and report on cases identifying trends
·Work collaboratively with HRBPs
This role offers excellent flexibility and hybrid working (London)
The salary on offer for this role is up to £55,000 DOE
