Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Global Technology/Software organisation on the recruitment of a Global Wellbeing Manager on a Perm basis.
You will be joining a growing organisation approximately 8,000 employees in over 20 countries.
This is a great opportunity to take the role and make it your own but developing current processes and creating new and exciting Wellbeing initiatives.
Ensuring the smooth running of Wellbeing programmes across the business, creating and maintaining Wellbeing communications, training a coaching managers and Wellbeing champions, roll out new Wellbeing programmes and develop strategies to ensure maximum engagement from employees.
You will have/need
* Proven experience in a Wellbeing lead role
* Experience of managing Wellbeing in multiple countries
* Excellent stake holder management
* Forward thinker with ideas on how to best the Wellbeing of all employees
* Strong analytical skills
* Degree qualified (preferred)
This organisation offer excellent hybrid working of around 2-3 days office based in a great London location and 2-3 days from home.
The salary on offer is between £70,000 - £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
