You will be a very driven and experienced HR Generalist from a Tech or start up background with the ability to multi task is a fast changing environment. You will strive for diversity, growth and advocate the importance of company values. This role would be ideal for anyone with a particular passion for Video Gaming or Virtual Reality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Organisational design
* Learning & Development
* Performance management
* Internal Communications
* Implementing policies and procedures

Ideally you will have:

* Experience of implementing HR Systems
* Stakeholder management skills
* Management and Leadership coaching
* Knowledge of UK Employment Law
