As a generalist HR Advisor your primary responsibility will be to support the business with HR related activities, provide exceptional stakeholder management throughout the firm whilst also supporting on ER issues.
Your background will ideally be linked to the professional services sector but not essential. Several years performing as an HR advisor will be required to be successful in this position.
Key skills required
* 3 years experience as a Generalist HR Advisor
* Exceptional knowledge of ER and UK employment Law
* Proven stakeholder management across all levels
* CIPD Qualified
* Experience within the Professional Services sector (beneficial but not essential)
This organisation are based in the Heart of London and offer excellent hybrid working or around 2 days per week office based.
The salary on offer is up to £45,000 DOE benefits
