A growing and ambitious London based Technology Company are seeking an experienced HR Manager to implement and develop their HR Function to provide an optimal service for less than 150 employees.
The company has a great focus on their people, with a family feel meaning this individual will have the opportunity to shape and grow with the organisation as they go from strength to strength in the next few years.
You will be confident in managing the day to day HR queries with very little ER case work whilst implementing and standardising all policies and procedures. You would ideally be comfortable with considerable company growth and change in a small amount of time and are a self-starter with outstanding communication skills across all levels of the business.
As this role is a their first dedicated HR resource, this is very much a blank canvass. It will require a hands on approach with a strategic outlook.
Salary and Benefits:
Up to £40-60k DOE with a generous bonus, private healthcare and pension contribution. Likely to be a temp to perm, depending on the right person, but may go permanent from the off. Flexibility on this would be beneficial.
* CIPD Level 7
* Experience of writing and implementing policies
* Stand-alone HR Experience
* Mental Health awareness certified
* Manager coaching experience
* Technology industry background
