Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting this Global Financial Services organisation on an exciting HR Systems project lead role for a 9m FTC.



An opportunity has become available for a pivotal role within the organisation to implement the new system (SAP Success Factors) and seamless migration of the old system to the new.



The role will involve communicating with key stakeholders across the business ensuring all key requirements are met, Ensuring all data to be transferred is clean and accurate, Supporting with design and implementation and overseeing the whole project.



You will also be adept in providing advice and guidance on where improvements can be made to make HR more efficient, provide regular updates on the project to key stakeholders and ensure Business As usual delivery is maintained throughout.



Key skills required

* Previous implementation of SAP Success Factors including managing, designing and implementation
* Experience of data mapping
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong data and analytical skills
* Stakeholder management across all levels ensuring effective communication at all times
* Translation of requirements into transition steps



This is a 9m FTC with excellent hybrid/remote working. Head office is based in Surrey and occasional office attendance would be preferable (dependant on location)



Salary on offer is between £50,000 - £60,000 DOE with completion Bonus.
