Alexander Lloyd are delighted be partnering with this global insurance organisation on the recruitment of an HRBP on a perm basis.

About the person - We are looking for an individual that isn't scared of organisational change and has experience of working in an organisation that has been through big periods of change. You will be flexible, resilient and willing to role your sleeves up and get stuck in to support the journey of the organisation.



You will preferably have experience of working in a true HRBP position in a complex matrix organisation and experience of the Centres of Excellence model.



Key responsibilities for this role will be to develop relationships across many different levels of stakeholders, develop HR Initiatives aligned to Talent and succession planning, Compensation review, Performance management DE&I and wellness whilst supporting the CoE on ER issues and escalations.



You will also be responsible for collating and analysing data so good experience of excel and data understanding will be required.



You will have/need -

* Experience as an HRBP in a CoE model in a complex matrix organisation
* Preferably from a Financial/insurance sector
* Strong ability to create last relationships across multiple stakeholders
* Full HR Generalist background
* Be able to present to senior leaders
* Excellent knowledge of ER and UK Employment Law
* CIPD Qualified ( Level 5 and above)



With head office based in London you will be required to be on site 2/3 days per week and be a visible member of the HR team.



Salary on offer is up to £50,000 plus bonus and benefits.
