The role will be to provide data and insights to the recruitment team to help make the function more streamlined and efficient.
This could be a recruitment professional that no longer wants to carry out the delivery side of the role and loves data and analytics OR a recruiter turned data/analytics professional or vice versa.

You will have/need-
* extensive experience in the recruitment profession * an eye for detail * Ability to collate, analyse and feedback data * Able to forecast candidates for potential opportunities
The role offers hybrid working of 2 days office 3 from home (South West London)
The salary on offer is around £50,000 - £60,000 DOE and knowledge
