An exciting opportunity has arisen within a reputable insurance company located in London SE1 9SP who are looking for an experienced Reward Analyst on a 12 month FTC.
The role offers great international experience within a collaborative and highly ambiguous environment for a personable and highly systematic thinker. The role sits within the HR Team and reports directly into the Reward Manager.
You will be providing monthly insights and reports along with harmonising the existing strategies across the UK, EU & Asia.
* Master of Excel and ability to create monthly insights and reports
* Customer orientated with a personable character open to questions and suggestions
* Experience of change and redesign
* Reward Analyst for a minimum of 2 years
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 depending on experience with some excellent benefits and bonus.
