Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working along side this leading Financial Services Organisation based in the heart of London.
They are seeking a Reward and Benefits Advisor to join them on a 12 month FTC.
The successful incumbent will provide a key role in supporting the HR Operations team on the reward and employee benefits administration.
Whilst working towards becoming a subject matter expert of the firms employee benefits and leading on the administration of their flexible benefits. You will also be supporting on annual benchmarking and pay review processes.
Key areas include but not limited to -
You will require -
*Experience in Employee Benefits Admin
*Experience of Pay reviews and Benchmarking
*Strong with Excel and other word documents
*Excellent attention to detail
The salary on offer for this 12m FTC is £35,000-£40,000 other benefits
