Reward Business Partner
Interim 15 month contract
Remote role with bi-monthly travel to London
£80-85k depending on experience
A highly visible and autonomous opportunity to cover maternity for 15 months minimum has arisen in this global Financial Services organisation.
As Reward Business Partner (reporting to the Global Head of Reward) you will be responsible for the provision of year-round global (UK, US, Europe and AsiaPac) reward analytics support, acquiring and processing relevant data across the organisation to ensure that Reward processes (including year end salary, STI and LTIP Review) operate in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal errors. Provides services in Executive Compensation and other specialised areas of compensation.
You will also be conducting Reward research/data analysis, both internally and externally (including benchmark studies) and must be able to present the results clearly and creatively, to help HR and line managers reach acceptable, affordable and consistent pay and bonus decisions.
Ideally a graduate (or equivalent experience), you will have specialised, depth and/or breadth of expertise in reward discipline, supporting year end pay review and equity administration processes. Experience of building strong client relationships is essential, as you will be required to present internally and externally to clients. A strong capability and experience in job analysis, job evaluation, market analysis, salary structure review/ design, LTIP evaluation and reward projects is also key.
This is an excellent opportunity to build your global cash and equity compensation experience in a medium sized organisation. A competitive salary of up to £85,000 plus 20% bonus is available.
