Alexander Lloyd are partnering an organisation that operates globally, as they look to invest and appoint a talented Learning & Development Business Partner (Assistant Manager level) on a permanent to join them in their London office (W1H 7EJ). Although remote working is on operation for now.
Working within the wider L&D team, you will report into one of the L&D Managers with the below duties:
* Drive the people development opportunities, aligned to the business strategy, working through the regional and UK hubs * Proactively promote the L&D agenda from training programmes, E-Learning/Digital Learning, Workshops, Management Programmes and Courses * Working with your stakeholders, understanding business opportunities for improved L&D initiatives, and providing insightful opportunities for the wider business to participate in initiatives * Running capability assessments with the business, making recommendations to your Manager
The successful candidate will have worked as an L&D specialist and not as a generalist, within a large/blue chip organisation. We are looking for a highly organised individual who is comfortable in being hands on, but has the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders.
You will have a Professional Services background such as Law, Accountancy Firm, or Financial Services.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £45,00.
