Within this Employee Benefits Scheme Design Consultant position you will be responsible for working with a variety of high profile clients, attending meetings, having conversations around their Employee Benefits, managing and completing the resulting projects with a focus on client management throughout. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong background within Flexible/Voluntary/Online Benefits with experience of working with Group Risk, Health & Wellbeing and Pensions too with a keen interest of playing a key role in shaping these arrangement.
This team are currently working remotely and will continue do so post lockdown with the occasional travel to their office near to EC3M 4AJ. You will be rewarded with the suitable training and guidance in addition to a basic salary of between £40,000 - £55,000 DOE with benefits and bonus on top.
