As the Lead Pensions Governance and Secretarial Consultant you will be joining a highly successful and profitable division. Your role will be split between performance managing an existing team of consultants and managing your own portfolio of clients. You will need to work closely with the Head of department and get heavily involved with the strategic development and growth of the team. To be considered for this position it's essential that you possess a wealth of Pensions knowledge and previous experience of having management responsibilities. It will also be an advantage to have worked with Master Trusts.
My client are currently working remotely still and will continue to support flexible/agile working arrangements post Covid. The only expectation will be to visit London part of the week for client meetings. Due to the nature of this position you will be rewarded handsomely with a basic salary of between £80,000 - £115,000 DOE with bonus and benefits on top.
