This is an extremely rare and senior level opportunity to join a strong 'In House' Pensions team who are fully self sufficient and run their schemes In House.
As the Pensions Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Pension operations, strategy and the successful delivery of their Benefits administration. This will include overseeing each of their teams (Admin, Projects, Systems, Comms, Payroll), managing the relationships with the Trustees and various different stakeholders and taking ownership on Pension scheme governance and legislation amongst many other things.
This is a critical and complex position within their organisation and they need someone with strong Pensions experience, technical knowledge and a proven background of leading teams/departments. Their office is based in Central London near to EC4M 7JH and you will be required to travel in 2-3 days per week. In return for your hard work and commitment you will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of between £80,000 - £110,000 DOE.
