Are you an experienced Pensions professional and interested in working for a strong and established In House Pensions organisation?
As the Pensions Team Leader you will be responsible for the day to day running of the In House Pensions team. This will include managing and allocating the daily work load, performing appraisals and one to ones, supporting on and getting involved in the more complex and technical work and ensuring all SLA's and KPI's are adhered to. This position could be suitable for a Senior Pensions Administrator looking to step up, or a Deputy Team Leader/Team Leader looking for a new challenge. However it's essential to possess strong Pensions experience specifically covering Defined Benefits arrangements.
Our client are based near to WC1B 3DG and will be offering a hybrid working arrangement with a couple of days working from home and in the office per week. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a generous basic salary of £40,000 to £52,000 DOE in return for your hard work!
