An exciting opportunity has arisen for an In house Benefits Advisor to join a well established Accountancy and Business Advisory firm based in London. Reporting to the Senior Pensions & Benefits Manager, the Benefits Adviser will play a key role in supporting the firm's HR Operations Team, particularly in the area of employee benefits administration.
Main duties will include:
·To act as main liaison between the staff within the firm and third party providers regarding benefit queries
·Collaboration with stakeholders across the wider HR and Finance Teams to provide required data and resolve queries
·Delivery of flexible benefits annual renewal process to include preparation of renewal information, scheme design and supporting communication strategies
The right Candidate will have previous experience of working within Employee Benefits/ Flexible Benefits Administration from either an In-house or consultancy background and have excellent Excel and Word skills as well as good attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to make the move into an benefits role where you will become a specialist in the benefits offered by the firm.
