Alexander Lloyd are working on an exciting new position for An Associate Group Risk Consultant to join one of the most respected Pensions and EB Consultancies in the UK. The role will be to support the Senior Consultants in managing the annual client life cycle activities including directly undertaking the installation process for scheme renewals and transfers;
Main duties will include:
* Direct contact with clients to resolve queries, support relationship development and to ensure the timely delivery of services;
* Undertaking market review and re-broking exercises for both new and existing clients;
* Overseeing and maintaining up to date scheme specifications, records and files;
* Ensuring that the company FCA requirements are fully adhered to (file maintenance, terms of business, key facts documents, claim register, file checklists);
The right candidate will have a strong understanding of employee benefits design and health insurance operations and excellent organisational and communication skills. In return you will be offered the role on a home working basis but with the support of a string Group Risk Team. You will also be offered a good salary and excellent career progression.
