Within this role, you will take on the responsibilities of establishing each client' specific needs, and then in the design, implementation and on-going management of their Flexible Benefits offerings for their staff. As such, this firm is looking for someone with experience of working within a similar position. It is also crucial that you can demonstrate solid relationship management skills; you will be the face and the 'go to' person for these clients,
