Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are once again delighted to partner with this global name in the financial services world, who have created a new Pensions Manager role within their 'in house' team that they're looking to fill. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with in depth experience of the ins and outs of DB Pension schemes; specifically when it comes to scheme governance and performing trustee secretarial and supportive tasks. You will also be managing the team.
To be successful with your application, you will need to have a high level of understanding of the UK DB Pension market, which you will be required to bring to this role alongside excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues and queries from legislative and other structural changes in the market place. Specifically, you will need to know the ins and outs in terms of scheme governance and delivering trustee secretarial services, and proven team management/leadership skills are also a must.
In terms of personality attributes you will need to be confident, articulate and have the understanding of the importance of providing excellent client service.
This role can offer remote working for part of the week and can be available on a part time and full time basis.
