Alexander Lloyd are working on an exciting new position for a Pension Quality Analyst to join a well-established and expanding Pension firm with a range of UK offices. Working within the wider Pension Administration team you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of service provided to the clients of the firm. Working closely with the Senior Quality Assurance Manager you will provide support in delivering the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a QA framework and programmes of internal audits. You will also carry out deep dive reviews when new processes or changes are implemented and act as a subject matter expert regarding business controls and the QA framework.

Other duties of the role will include:

* Assessment of root cause analysis on ongoing complaints
* To take ownership of national initiatives and continuous improvement activities
* Deputise for the Senior Quality Assurance Manager in their absence

Proven experience in Quality Analyst/ Complaints management, ideally within a pension's administration environment is essential as well as a strong understanding of occupational pensions schemes, including - DB, DC and Hybrid schemes. I return you will be given the opportunity to work on your own initiative, shaping new processes and policies within the QA team and have the flexibility to work from home.
