Alexander Lloyd are excited to be working with one of the UK's largest Employee Benefits consultancies and insurance brokerages. Due to continued growth within the business, they are looking to recruit for an experienced Senior Employee Benefits Consultant to join this successful and dynamic team in London.
Within this role you will be responsible for generating new business development, build and maintain strong business relationships, prepare, attend and lead prospect meetings. In addition to this you will have the opportunity to support and coach junior Associates and Consultants in achieving their goals and continued development.
To be considered for this role you must have existing experience working within an Employee Benefits environment, including Private Medical, Group Risk and Pensions! Candidates will be considered from an Insurer or Broker background.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing Employee Benefits consultancy business that offers plenty of agile and flexible working in addition to a generous basic salary of between £60,000 to £100,000 DOE.
