Alexander Lloyd are working on exciting new role for a Technical Lead trainer to work within the pensions team of this established pension and Actuarial consultancy. The main purpose is will be to work with the business operations to deliver high-quality process and systems training for the pension administration business.
Main duties will include
* To contribute to the effectiveness of the business to provide high-quality efficient admin services.
* The maintenance are processing system training materials
* To provide training to users via online video sessions and face-to-face training courses.
The right candidate will have previous experience of systems and process training as well as good knowledge of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes. You also have excellent interpersonal skills and training expertise. In return you will be rewarded with flexible and homeworking, a good salary and excellent benefits package.
