A new role for an Employer Brand Manager has been created in this dynamic global FMCG organisation with UK offices in London. The Employer Brand manager will be responsible for the development and activation of the Employer Brand and Identity (Employer Value Proposition). Working in partnership with the HR and Communications team to design and deliver a comprehensive and integrated employer brand strategy. In essence your role is to guide the company to find its employer 'Voice and Personality'. This role will be responsible for the identification and development of different content and channels, with the aim of attracting and retaining diverse talent.

* Support our Executive and Senior Leaders with their public profiles, creating ways to amplify their thought leadership which will help us in our attraction and retention efforts.
* To see the internal talent market as a key market to ensure we build pride, confidence and ultimately loyalty and retention.
* To continuously build the organisation's online presence in line with our strategy through all available channels e.g. careers website, social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed to shape the future of recruitment marketing to all relevant target audiences.
* Create and curate engaging and authentic social media content to showcase our culture and core values
* Contribute to the design and execution of local recruitment marketing campaigns including metrics tracking and reporting to show findings and success.
* Engage with the Group HRD Forum and Global TA Community of Practice to help plan and execute targeted content creation and social media amplification for the region.
* Lead content calendar and metrics reporting.
* Work in partnership with the HRIS team to develop our approach for ongoing monitoring and analysis of all campaigns and related activity to leverage insights and seek opportunities for improvement.
* Work collaboratively and cross functionally on the delivery of campaigns and initiatives to support the Employer Brand

Successful applicants will have:

* Proven track record in social media strategy, content management on various platforms (to include careers sites and LinkedIn)
* Experience of developing and managing an employer brand and EVP
* Strong track record of proactive candidate attraction strategies including experience of managing brand, creative, web, and social projects
* An outward looking perspective with an eye on the latest digital marketing trends
