Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be support this SME within the Financial Services sector on the recruitment or a Recruitment Manager on a perm basis.
The role will be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment cycle. You will be responsible for liaising wit hiring managers ensuring jobs are posted and processed in a timely manner, source and screen applications, interview candidates when required along with hiring managers, ensure all policies and procedures are up to date and comply with employee legislation and much more.
This organisation are open on the candidates sector background however financial services/Insurance will be extremely beneficial.
Key responsibilities:-
* Excellent knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle
* Ability to update and create policies and procedures in relation the organisation recruitment needs
* Strong understanding or market and where best to source potential candidates
* Conduct interviews with Hiring managers
* Experience of liaising with recruitment agencies
* Excellent candidate experience management
* Ability to communicate with senior stakeholders
This role is currently fully remote, however when restrictions ease they will adopt hybrid working or 2/3 days office based per week in either London or Brighton.
The salary on offer for this perm role is £50,000 - £70,000 plus an attractive bonus of around 15-20% and benefits
