Alexander Lloyd are currently partnering a leading Health and Wellbeing business, as we look to help recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month FTC.
This role will be working remotely, but with the occasional travel to London.
Reporting into the Senior TA Manager, your duties will include:
* working closely with the hiring managers and key stakeholders, providing market insights, building credible talent pools and leading recruitment processes and campaigns * managing the PSL, from managing performance, through to service levels to building relationships * proactively identify talent in the market on CRM's, LinkedIn, Job Boards and networking events, to ensure the organisation hires the best in the market * Pre screen CV's and run interviews with hiring managers
The successful candidate would ideally have worked within a multi site environment such as Retail or Health and Wellbeing, and a fast paced environment.
Salary is up to £40,000 plus benefits.
