Alexander Lloyd are delighted to supporting a Global Engineering organisation on the recruitment of a Talent Acquisition Partner on a perm basis.
Joining a team of around 15 you will help the organisation meet their hiring needs through direct sourcing, creating and maintaining talent pipelines and managing as many 30 roles at any one time.
You will be responsible for recruiting across many different disciplines and different business areas and used to working in a fast paced results driven environment.
A background in Engineering/Construction or alike sector would be very advantageous for this role but not essential.
You will have/need
* Proven ability to manage multiple roles at anyone time
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Proven ability of direct sourcing (LinkedIn recruiter etc)
* Full recruitment life cycle experience
* Ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and business areas
* ideally have at least 1-2 years in house recruitment experience
This is a remote opportunity, however there are offices dotted around the UK if you wish to attend.
The salary on offer is between £40,000 - £45,000 DOE Benefits and Bonus
