A network offering Individual Protection products (Life/Critical Illness, Income Protection, Accident & Health, and General Insurance), is seeking an experienced compliance supervisor/sales quality/file review/T&C professional to join their team, supervising activities of advisers with a focus on the West London (Heathrow to Watford) area. JOB DETAILS
* support the application of the T&C scheme
* establish competence and ensure ongoing competence is maintained by the delivery a range of monitoring, feedback and coaching activities.
* identifying risks by analysing Monitoring Data, Quality MI and Key Performance Information.
* facilitate the tracking and maintenance of the competency of sales advisers by undertaking observations, assessments and providing feedback and intervention/coaching as appropriate.
This is a regional field role which is home based, involving some travel (approximately 2 days a week) and occasional overnight stays.
Due to the rapid growth of the business, this role has been created to ensure expansion can be sustained and controlled through delivery of a quality framework, training and company policy.
