A very successful, mid-sized insurance brokerage firm based in Kent has seen huge growth and is therefore in need for a new compliance professional to join their team.
As Compliance Manager you will be responsible for; the day-to-day running of the compliance functions, the implementation and monitoring of FCA standards and procedures including the communications with the regulator and the delivery of this across the business and additional ad-hoc duties that need completing.
In addition to the above you will have a responsibility for training and development of staff within the business, the monitoring of their performance and the assistance/arrangement of any training courses needed to progress.

To be considered for this role you must have experience working within a Compliance based role within an Insurance Brokerage firm.
