JOB DETAILS
Working within this In House Pensions team and as the Senior Pensions Lead you will be responsible for supervising two junior colleagues, allocating the daily work load, checking their work, providing training and guidance when required and getting involved on the more complex cases. You will also have the opportunity to get involved on various projects too. It's essential that you possess a strong background of working with Defined Benefit Pension arrangements with previous experience of supervising colleagues too.
This will be an office based role and you will need to visit their head quarters based near to ME16 8RJ for part of the week.
