Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Process, Systems & Data Analytics - Based Surrey

The Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Process, Systems & Data Analytics is responsible for the development and implementation of consistent and efficient talent acquisition processes and systems to support the sourcing, attraction, assessment and delivery of talent. This includes responsibility for the development and implementation of all processes associated with the end of recruitment cycle including the on-boarding processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supports the development and implementation of Global Talent Acquisition strategies to engender a spirit of best practice sharing and enterprise-wide efficiency gains

Supports the development and execution of processes and systems that will develop and promote growth on social media and drives increased potential talent to opportunities. Plans, establishes and oversees the Global Talent Acquisition social media presences as it pertains to the employee brand social media plan including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Glassdoor and blogging websites.

Develops Standard Operating Procedures, management information reporting systems, processes as well as internal communication portals for Global Talent Acquisition;

Act as a conduit between Global Executive Acquisition, TA Platform and the Divisions to drive best practice sharing, connectivity and collaboration;

The successful candidate will NOT BE A RECRUITER. You will have demonstrable experience of developing talent acquisition strategies, processes and systems, preferably in an international setting. You will be able to show how you have evolved Talent Acquisition methodology globally via effective use of management information, TA Process and Systems. You will be required to use the lens of innovation to improve existing recruitment methods, and be a successful change agent in this complex, global organisation. Strong analytical and excel skills are essential.
