An award winning Employee Benefits Consultancy who are going through a strong period of growth and success are currently looking to add an experienced Pensions and Employee Benefits Administrator to their busy and vibrant Milton Keynes based office.

This is an excellent and varied position where you will have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of tasks. Your main function will be to provide support and guidance to a portfolio of clients. This will include completing administration on GPP, Employee Benefits and PMI schemes, completing reports of GPP's and Master Trust schemes and work closely with senior management as well as attend meetings and manage the work flow and allocation.

It is essential that the successful candidate possesses a wealth of knowledge in Employee Benefits with a particular focus on Pensions, Group Risk and PMI products with a proven background in administration on these scheme. It would be a huge advantage if you hold the GR1 qualification and have knowledge of Online/Flexible benefits. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be speaking with a variety of people including internal and external stake holders and senior management.
