This is an excellent new opportunity to join one of the UK's most recognised mortgage advisory businesses; in a role that will focus on the investigation and resolution of complaints relating to a variety of mortgages - doing so in a fully compliant manner in line with FCA guidelines. You will be working in collaboration with other internal teams; looking at ways to improve processes and ensure consistency across the wider department.
