Are you an experienced Payroll and HR Administrator looking for a challenging role within a national organisation?
We are working with a business in Sutton who are looking for a Payroll and HR Administrator to join them on a full time basis.
Key duties of the role will include: ·Administering and processing the monthly payroll accurately ·Maintaining and updating employee records ·Inputting starters and leavers ·Producing leaver payments and issuing P45's ·Calculating and processing promotions, transfers and overtime ·Dealing with pay queries and enquiries ·Assist HR team in administration duties such as offer letters and contracts ·Administer on-boarding process including CRB checks ·Ordering office suppliers and name badges ·Other adhoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role. It is essential that you can communicate at all levels and have a friendly, approachable personality. Experience using Pyramid would be beneficial.
