Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: ·Responsible for providing quality administrative and process support relating to pay changes, variable pay and employee benefits ·Processing various company appraisal increment processes through HR and payroll systems ·Administer company-wide benefits (Gym flex, cycle to work, childcare vouchers and season ticket loans) ·Support the collation and validation of data in order to produce the total reward statement ·Support annual enrolment process ·Provide administration support and advice for employees
We are looking to speak to candidates with the following skills and experience: ·Strong payroll knowledge ·Experience with high volume processing ·Adaptable to change ·Understanding of taxable benefits
