£25000.00 - £30000.00 per annum



We are looking for an experienced payroll professional who has worked in a practice environment managing a large number of payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis for small business with 1 or 2 staff up to a 100
The role will offer a working from home option a few days a week but for your first 3 months you will be office based while you learn the role and make your self familiar with the customers and process of the business

·You will be responsible for processing a weekly payroll from start to finish
·Calculating and deducting all statutory payments,
·Process all appropriate information received from the employer and Employee and investigate where appropriate
·Responsible for accurate creation and submission of P60`s, P11d`s and year end completion.
·Ensuring compliance with all HMRC regulations in monthly processing
·Formatting and reconciling pension reports,
·Process SMP & SSP
·CIS deductions
·New starter payroll administration
·Leaver payroll administration
·Pensions auto-enrolment
·Ability to deal with any queries
·Assist in the preparation of monthly reports
·Using Excel on a daily basis - vlookups and pivot tables require

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000pa, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday and regular working from home hours after 3 months.
