Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working with a global, leading professional services organisation based in London, who are actively seeking Professional Qualifications Advisor to join their team on an initial 12 month FTC.

This role will be supporting the Senior Manager to help improve and achieve the companies qualification and apprenticeship strategy.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Liaise with senior management to review the professional qualification strategy and implement improvements whilst reviewing the team brand.
* Guide and support senior management as they work to help apprentices and trainees within their strategic business unit.
* Track the trainee candidate progress and report to stakeholders within the business to ensure early intervention is implemented.
* Responsible for undertaking of presentations and webinars across all national offices.
* Implement training file analysis and work with stakeholders to ensure communication of post qualified activities is met.

Skills/Experience:

* Previous experience working within further education environment .
* Knowledge and understanding of the SharePoint System.
* Ability to work with senior management and build strong relationships.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* IT proficient user including full Microsoft suite.
