The role of a Recruitment Consultant
* Relationship building with Clients and Candidates * Managing the interview process from start to finish on both sides * Attending client visits * Meeting with candidates * New business development via cold calling to bring on clients * Consistently hitting targets * Being confident with negotiating terms of business * Resourcing candidates - via the database, networking, referrals, headhunting and social media.
