Alexander Lloyd are recruiting for a Pensions Team Leader based in Redditch. An excellent opportunity to join a reputable and collaborative Pensions Consultancy who provide administration services to pension scheme trustees and third parties.
As a Pensions Team Leader you will be responsible for the day-today running of the administration team ensuring service level agreements are met, attend trustee meetings and other meetings when required, assisting with projects. You would be co-managing a small team and assisting with training, personal developments and performance reviews.
To be considered for this role you must be carrying out a similar role and will consider candidates from a TPA or In-house. This is a client / service-focused role, so you will need to be confident in building and maintain strong relationships!
