Are you a Purchase Ledger Assistant seeking your next role?
Alexander Lloyd are proud to be supporting a well known, growing business in their search for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their Finance team on a permanent basis, based out of their Redhill office.
A permanent role, you'll be contributing to an established Finance team whilst also taking ownership of your own duties.
Your duties will include, but not be limited to;
* Processing of Invoices & Credit Notes against Purchase Order & Non-Purchase Orders in system * Reconciliation of Supplier Statements * New Supplier Process * Shared Management of Accounts generic email * Placing Orders for contracts * Telephone & Email Queries * Updating system with Supplier contact details * Opening Post
Ideally, you will;
* Have a background in working within a Purchase Ledger function * Be able to work within a team whilst also working on your own initiative * Have access to your own vehicle as you will need to drive to travel to the office
In return, alongside 20 days holiday per year, you'll earn a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
