Compensation Analyst or Reward Analyst (12 month Fixed Term Contract)
Our client, a global Financial Services Organisation based in Surrey are seeking an experienced Reward professional for a minimum of 12 months. Key duties include:
·Supporting and advising HR Business Partners on compensation matters
·Collaboration with the global reward team during the annual cycle compensation review
·Support on global projects; including a variety of Total Reward harmonisation initiatives including design and implementation of a Career Framework, Short Term Incentives and new streamlined year end processes
·Assists with sales compensation analysis, modelling and design. Partners with finance on the tracking and administration of sales comp related programs and activities
The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate (or equivalent experience) with significant reward experience. You will be detailed-oriented, with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
