Alexander Lloyd are working an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join on a 12 month FTC with leading public sector organisation based in Surrey.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Provide general administration support to the head of HR.
* Full recruitment support for the business, including the preparation and updating of all job descriptions and the preparation of job advert.
* Issuing of offer letter/contract and any other employment related paperwork
* Ensuring HR systems updated with all relevant information
* To review and manage the HR Inbox
* Dealing with safeguarding and research.

Skills/Experience

* Experience of working within a public sector organisation would be ideal but not essential.
* Extensive verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Proficient user of Excel and Microsoft Suite.
